Who we are
Ojavik™ is a brand of Wetware Systems Pvt Ltd, registered in Jharkhand, India since August 2014. The data controller for this website is Wetware Systems Pvt Ltd.
What we collect
- Contact data you give us — name, email, phone, address, company — when you write to us, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Order data — items purchased, delivery and billing addresses, payment status. Payment card details never touch our servers; they are tokenised by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway.
- Site analytics — anonymous, aggregated visit data via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No third-party cookies, no fingerprinting, no behavioural advertising.
- Cookies — strictly necessary cookies only (session, security). We do not set marketing cookies on this site.
How we use it
To deliver what you ordered, to answer what you asked, and to send you (only if you opted in) our monthly newsletter. We do not sell, rent or barter your data. Ever.
Who we share it with
- Our courier partners — only the address and contact number needed for delivery.
- Our payment gateway — only the transaction data needed to process the order.
- Government authorities — only when legally required (e.g. GST records).
How long we keep it
Order records: 8 years (Indian tax law). Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages: 2 years. Analytics: 6 months, in aggregated form only.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to (a) tell you what data we hold on you, (b) correct it, (c) delete it, (d) stop emailing you. Write to support@ojavik.in and we will act within 30 days.
Security
The site runs on Cloudflare's global edge network with TLS 1.3, HSTS, and a strict Content Security Policy. All passwords (where applicable) are hashed with bcrypt. We notify users within 72 hours of any confirmed data breach affecting their information.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will post the new version here and email subscribers. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
